Beginner Academic English: The goal of the classroom is to provide English courses based on an integrated model of learning, from achieving literacy to developing the skills students will need to be successful in communicating at their Beginner Academic English language level. To do this, students will engage in study activities that will require them to read level-appropriate stories that incorporate subject matter that will help students to build their English grammar and vocabulary. There will be a regular practice of all aspects of the English language, including reading, writing, speaking, and listening activities.
